Penney Capital is a private investment company based in Auckland, New Zealand. We acquire and hold consumer businesses that are leaders in their categories — businesses with provenance, integrity, and a reason to exist.
Our horizon is measured in decades. We are not a fund. We do not raise outside capital. We do not have a date by which we must sell. This freedom lets us make the unfashionable decisions good businesses sometimes require.
